Post Office Ltd requires the provision of access to Human Resources Advice and guidance, an on-line advisory service hosted on behalf of Post Office Ltd which shall be accessible by managers and employees via Post Office Ltds' intranet. The service should include: The provision of a telephone advice line and related case/call management services to users of Advice and Guidance. The provision of manager only access to case viewer; secure online document and case note storage The provision of a Policy Website providing on line guidance and hosting model template letters and documents for line managers to use to progress ER cases to conclusion using Post Office principles. The provision of Management Information detailing the status of ER cases. Examples of the subjects on which advice and guidance would need to be given would include Trial Reports Abandonment of service Short term absence Long term absence Occupational health referrals Conduct Improving Performance of Managers Managing Underperformance of Colleagues Grievance Stop Bullying & Harassment Speak Up Adoption leave Annual leave Special Leave Maternity Leave Parental Leave Paternity Leave Career Break Flexible Working Remote Working
