NOE CPC Project reference CPC 01234 NOE CPC is currently working to establish a new framework agreement for Decontamination and Sterilisation Services. We are looking for the scope of this agreement to include the following requirements: Lot 1 Off Site Service Provision — A part or fully outsourced ‘Off site’ service, where a third party provider will collect from the Trust, decontaminate, sterilise then return to a fixed point(s) at the Trust. Lot 2 On-Site Service Provision — A supplier to take over an existing in-house service, or a service currently provided by a third party provider on the clients premises, this lot may include TUPE and the Transfer of assets. Lot 3 Management Support and Service Transformation — A third party provider to supply supplementary expertise to an existing in-house service for a fixed period, in order to introduce best practice and apply specialist management expertise to improve service efficiency, but with the NHS client retaining the long term ownership and responsibility for the overall service provision.
