Tender description

UCLH is looking to establish a concessions contract with 1 Service Provider (the ‘Concessionaire’) for the provision of a private PBT facility. The Authority is seeking Applicants to submit expressions of interest to participate in its tender process being conducted in accordance with the Concessions Contracts Regulations 2016 for the procurement of a PBT private service (the ‘Concession’). UCLH is looking to establish a concessions contract with one Service Provider (the ‘Concessionaire’) to deliver the provision of a private PBT facility. The Authority is seeking Applicants to submit expressions of interest to participate in its tender process being conducted in accordance with the Concessions Contracts Regulations 2016 for the procurement of a private PBT facility (the ‘Concession’). The Authority intends to invite the highest scoring 2 or 3 Applicants (at the Trusts discretion) following the PQQ stage into a competitive procedure with negotiation with the Authority to negotiate to improve the content of the offers in order to better correspond to the award criteria and minimum requirements.
