Competition is invited for the installation and minor repair work of aluminium windows and doors to existing council buildings within the borough of St Helens. It is proposed that 3 successful contractors will be appointed to a ranked framework (Tier 1 Suppliers) with the winning contractor being awarded the work subject to price and budget, until they are unable to complete within the timescales required whereupon it shall pass to the next contractor on the Tier one list, and so on.
