Tender description
UCL is seeking to procure a Main Contractor to design and undertake the full fit-out works at UCL Here East via competitive tender. The project — UCL have recently secured the leasehold of an individual unit (Studio 3) within the existing Here East building, located in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, on the fringe of Hackney Wick. The works will include the full fit-out of the unit, to provide cross-disciplinary research-inspired education and training facilities for the following academic groups: — Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering; — Computer Science (CS) and Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC); — The Bartlett School of Architecture; — The Institute of Sustainable Heritage; — The Institute of Environmental Design and Engineering (IEDE). The value of the works is anticipated to be in the region of 6 000 000 GBP - 7 000 000 GBP.
