F9501 Market Warming Event: NHS Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group host NHS Continuing Healthcare on behalf of 6 Surrey CCGs. Surrey Continuing Healthcare are seeking to contract with suitably qualified provider(s) for the provision of the Continuing Healthcare Placements of Fast Track Clients for the patient populations of Surrey. On Thursday, 5.5.2016, commissioners are holding a market warming event at Leatherhead Leisure Centre — Mole Suite, Guildford Road, Leatherhead, KT22 9BL, to share information to inform the specification. Tender evaluation criteria and Tender process. The timetable will be scheduled between 14:00 and 16:30. The format is likely to start with presentations from the Continuing Healthcare/procurement with an opportunity for a 2-way discussion on the information presented. Key components of the service outlined in the current draft specification are: Potential for the development of block contract(s) to deliver a placement/ brokerage service to enable improved Service User outcomes to: — Support Patients to achieve their preferred place of care and death; — To drive out financial benefits enabling competition; — Reduce delay in discharge where possible. Access to the Market Warming Event: Organisations who wish to attend the market warming event must be registered on the South of England Procurement Services eTendering Portal ‘In-Tend’. If you are not already a registered supplier on our portal, you must sign up (free of charge) on In-Tend using the following guide. Instructions for Registering on the SoEPS Commissioning Support In-tend e-Tendering Portal: 1. Browse to the SoEPS Commissioning Support portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning 2. Click the ‘Register’ link on the left-hand side of the page. 3. Enter your correct business and user details. 4. Note the email address chosen and Click ‘Register My Company’ when complete. 5. You will receive an email with your unique password (keep this secure). 6. Login to the portal with the username/password. 7. You will be prompted to change your password on 1st login. If you have any questions relating to specific projects or tendering with SoEPS please email: commissioning.tenders@soeprocurement.nhs.uk Once registered, you should be able to access the project ‘F9501’ where you will find the market warming attendance request form. This should be completed and posting back on the Portal by 12:00 on Wednesday, 4.5.2016, at the latest. Expressing an Interest in the Tender is not yet possible. This Notice is solely to alert potential Bidders to this Market Warming Event.
