Tender description

St Helens Council is seeking to procure a Tracking Service. The purpose of this service is to track and monitor young people’s participation in education, employment and training up to age 19 (and to 25 for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities). The service will reflect localised needs and requirements and will work closely with Council teams and other agencies supporting these young people. The contract will run for a one year period. The Council reserve the right to award the contract in full, in part or not at all. Please note that this service will run separately but alongside the Young Persons Engagement Service which is being tendered at the same time as this tender. These two services will need to interact effectively during the 12 month contract duration All correspondence relating to this contract must be made via the North West CHEST Portal Submissions and supporting documents must be uploaded through the North West CHEST Portal by 16:00 hours on Thursday 12th May 2016.
