Tender for the provision of levy administration services to the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI)

Tender description

The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) wishes to award a contract for levy administration services. Further information on the specification of requirements is contained in Appendix 1. The contract will be awarded for a period of up to three years. The contract period shall be subject, inter alia, to the current statutory provisions pertaining to the Levy remaining in force and unchanged. In the event that any changes come into effect which impact on the statutory provisions in respect of the implementation and/or operation of the Levy, the contract may operate for a period of less than three years. The BAI is using the open procedure for the award of this contract. The closing date for tenders is Friday, 11th December, 2015, at 12 noon, local time.
