Tender description
It is a requirement that all building materials' characteristics are documented and that product documentation is available before the product is marketed, sold or used in a structure. The manufacturer and the manufacturer's representatives, for example importer/wholesaler or merchant, are responsible for there being product documentation. Both CE labelled and non CE labelled products are the target of inspection. The objective of the procurement is to provide assistance to the Authority in connection with the market inspection. This can for example be in the form of: — Product call-offs; — Sampling/testing of products; — Collection of documentation; — Review of documentation; — Analysis of samples/tests of products and comparing against the product documentation; — Assessing individual manufacturers quality systems; — Risk analysis of any error with the product according to fixed methods developed on assignment for DIBK; — Assessing area of use and target groups for the individual products.
