Tender description
Road Space Management (RSM) collects data for strategic and operational monitoring, network management and network development. This involves the management and delivery of a large number and wide variety of traffic surveys that it is currently not practical or possible to collect using RSM staff or resources. The Traffic Survey team in Outcomes, Insight and Analysis (OIA) within Outcomes Delivery (OD) is responsible for management of this survey programme. For the purpose of this requirement, the following Lots have been identified: Lot 1 — Temporary Automatic Traffic Counting Surveys (Radar Counts); Lot 2 — Video Count Surveys; Lot 3 — Manual Counting Surveys; Lot 4 — Traffic Survey Data Entry; and Lot 5 — Origin Destination Number Plate Matching Services. For Lot specific information, refer to the Lot descriptions below.
