Tender description

Following a Restricted tender process, the London Borough of Hackney has awarded a 4 year Framework Contract to the supplier named below to provide a complete annual billing service for variable data printing and mailing services including a postage service. The contract includes: — Council Tax bills, NNDR: bills and enforcement documentation. — Housing Benefit: notification letters, Housing Benefit over payment invoices and enforcement documentation, — Parking: enforcement notices, — Hackney Homes: Rent, garage and service charges statements and letters, — Electoral Registration Annual Canvass and other electoral documentation, — Postage, — Other ad-hoc printing and mailing requirements. The services included in the contract are variable printing and mailing of large volumes of billing, notification and statement documentation issued on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. The above services list is not exhaustive as the framework agreement also includes other ad-hoc variable data printing, mailing and postage requirements of the Council.
