Tender description

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is inviting expressions of interest for Occupational Health Services for the next 3 years. Key Service Requirements: — On line pre-placement health screening, approximately 1 000 pa; — On line case referral management system; — Occupational health reports on absence/ill health referrals, approximately 300 pa; — Reports on complex or ill health retirement cases requiring an Occupational Health. Physician, approximately 30 pa — Liaison with GP's/specialists as required; — Sound knowledge of ill health retirement schemes under the Local Government Pension. Scheme, Teachers' Pension Scheme and NHS Pension Scheme — Historic records storage, both hard and soft copies of PPQ's and referrals.
