Tender description
The Timu Academy Trust current school meal catering contract expires 31.7.2016 and in accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations. We are seeking a provider to operate the School Meals and catering requirements commencing 1.8.2016. The procurement process adopted is based upon the ‘Open’ Procedure, as detailed in ‘The Public Contract Regulations 2015’. The Contracting Authority shall be Timu Academy Trust. Procurement Services Group has been commissioned by EduKent to manage the procurement process only on behalf of Timu Academy Trust.
