Tender description

National Museums Northern Ireland wishes to appoint a full service PR and corporate communications agency to provide effective consumer, business, tourism and corporate public relations and media relations for all of National Museums' sites (Ulster Museum, Ulster Folk and Transport Museum, Ulster American Folk Park). The appointed agency will be expected to devise and implement a calendar of strategic and tactical PR and corporate communications activity incorporating the full mix of integrated PR services including but not limited to press releases; media interviews; press previews and launches; general media liaison (local, national, international and social networking); media monitoring and evaluation; photo calls and photography. The agency will liaise closely and on a regular basis with National Museums' marketing, PR and Executive Team to discuss and progress ideas and associated coverage. The core objectives of all National Museums Northern Ireland's communications campaigns are to increase awareness, visitor numbers, web visitors and generate income.
