Provision of Regional Patient Safety Services on behalf of the Sign up to Safety Campaign

Sign up to Safety is a national initiative to help NHS organisations and their staff achieve their patient safety aspirations and care for their patients in the safest way possible. We want our members to feel that they have the power to make a difference. Our role is to help them create a positive and strong safety culture that will stand the test of time. We do this by sharing and celebrating progress and providing practical support and guidance through This contract for Regional Patient Safety Services will support Sign up to Safety campaign in order to deliver on its objectives for its next phase from April 2016 to end June 2017, by providing additional capacity and capability in patient safety to help the campaign reach existing and new membership across the South of England. The requirements specification for the Regional Patient Safety Services can be found on page 7. Please note that our preferred choice would be an individual supplier to ensure quality of delivery and maximise the relationship with the Sign up to Safety team.
