This Contract has already been awarded and is being published for transparent purposes only. DfT required to upgrade their AppSense Environment Manager Licence to the AppSense DesktopNow Plus Licence to further simplify their desktop environment and give them better management and reporting capabilities along with support for 1 year. DfT also required to purchase additional licences for Citrix NetScaler to provide ‘2 factor authentication’ to web applications along with maintenance for 1 year.
