Tender description
North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) is looking to procure a system to support customer and key stakeholder relationships and commercial training bookings. In addition we are also looking to develop our website and digital presence to promote our first aid training and other products. The procurement is grouped into three areas of work: Lot 1: A customer relationship management solution (CRM) that will allow us to record and report on customer, stakeholder and competitor contact details and activities. The system also needs to support marketing, contracting and bid management activities. Lot 2: An integrated booking functionality that allows on-line booking by customers and our in-house team. This booking functionality must integrate with the CRM system. Lot 3: A website and digital presence which allows customers to book on-line.
