Pfh requires suppliers who can supply, deliver and provide maintenance and support to the lots for which they are applying for in this framework agreement — Print and Multifunctional Device Solutions. The Print Management Services requirements include, but are not limited to printed stationery, corporate material and marketing material to provide our members with the necessary means to advertise their organisation such as posters, leaflets, brochures, booklets, folders and business cards. The scope of this Framework Agreement allows for the provision of Photocopiers, Printers and multifunctional devices in order to provide print, scan and copy functionality. This includes consumables and a variety of finance options for the machinery. This also includes software solutions such as follow-me and pull printing as well as providing members with device management software capabilities to monitor their existing fleet, so they have an up to date understanding of how they are printing and how it can be improved.
