Premier Catering at the Southport Airshow

The Southport Airshow is a two-day annual event held every year at Southport Beach. It was first held in 1991 and attracts tens of thousands of spectators to see military and civilian aircraft, classic jets, helicopters, aerobatics by the world famous Red Arrows, warbirds and parachute displays take to the skies above Southport. Sefton Council’s Tourism Section is responsible for arranging the event and is looking for a suitable supplier for the provision of the Premier Catering requirements for up to 240 guests, held in a marquee on Southport seafront on both the 10th and 11th September 2015. Specification The Premier Package should include the following: • Morning pastries with tea and freshly brewed coffee • Individual packed lunches in cool bags, which will include a quality sandwich, fresh fruit salad, home made cake, a bottled drink and premiuim crisps • Afternoon tea which will include tea, freshly brewed coffee and cakes. • Tea, coffee, water and cordial must be available all day. Drinks must be served in crockery although take away cups must be available as guests leave marquee to view the Airshow from Pier. Keywords: beverages, packed lunch, catering, snacks
