GreenSquare Group are seeking proposals from qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an out of hours, emergency service providers for the provision of an out of hours, emergency repairs calls, which will be received: — From 20:00 Monday-Friday: Until the next opening time (8:45) including all weekends; — Bank holidays; — Christmas closure (early closure on Christmas Eve and 1 day between Christmas and New Year, re-opening the 1st working day of the New Year); — Staff conferences. This contract will be managed by the contact centre manager for GreenSquare who will be looking for a provider to work with as a seamless arrangement in service provision to GreenSquare Group. We are looking to maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, customer care, reliability, accuracy and value for money. The successful provider will be expected to aspire to the GreenSquare Group vision and values and will most likely be an organisation who can demonstrate experience and knowledge of emergency repairs and maintenance call handling. The Contract period will be 1 year with an option for a further 2 years subject to Contract performance.
