Tender description

The purpose of this tender exercise was to select a service provider whose delivery of a MRI Service Solution at the Rochdale Infirmary site of The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust would represent value for money, high quality service; combined with the ability to identify and implement service efficiencies. The Trust currently spends in the region of 290 000 GBP excluding VAT per annum to provide a MRI Service Solution at Rochdale Infirmary and intended to award a contract for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 12-month periods. The contract was not split into Lots on commercial, operational and contract management grounds.
