Tender description

This PIN is being used to test the market and does not constitute a call for competition. North Somerset Council are looking to gauge the market for the provision of frozen meals which cater to a variety of dietary requirements and standards, this contract would be utilised by North Somerset Council but could cover Bristol City Council and Bath and North East Somerset requirements in addition. The approximate annual value of this contract is GBP 229 000 and NSC are currently considering contract terms ranging from 2-5 years. Average annual volumes stand at approximately: North Somerset Council 100 000 (figure does not include 6 months of weekend service, therefore, numbers will grow) Bristol City Council 142 000 Bath and North East Somerset Council 57 000 We have a detailed specification document which we are unable to attach to this notice therefore, if you believe you may be able to fulfil the criteria specified, please email holly.wilkins@n-somerset.gov.uk for the detailed specification.
