Tender description
To support the Refurbishment of floors 1-8 and floor 10 of Block 3 in the Civic Centre the procurement of the general and emergency lighting and lighting control systems is required. The lighting design has been approved as part of the listed building consent for the works and a detailed and specific specification has been prepared to ensure that the light meets both the historic design requirements and the technical requirements for a modern office space, giving consideration to future maintenance requirements and energy use. The Contract will be for 16 months.
