Tender description

This contract will make provision for Case Note Folders to be supplied to NHS Wales. The NHS and medical profession require specifically made manilla patient files for the storage of patient records. The duration of this Contract is 4 years with an option to extend at the discretion of the Contracting Authority for a further period of up to 12 months. Although Powys Teaching Health Board were included in the initial estimated value they formally withdrew from the Tender process. Provision of Case Note Folders to Legal and Risk Services. Provision of Case Note Folders to Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board. Provision for Case Note Folders to be supplied to sites within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. Provision of Case Note Folders to Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Provision of Case Note Folders to Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Provision of Case Note Folders to Cwm Taf University Health Board. Provision of Case Note Folders to Hywel Dda University Health Board. Provision of Case Note Folders to Velindre NHS Trust.
