Fire Compartmentation Re-Instatement Works

Tender description

The Trust has recently completed a survey of Fire Compartmentation barriers across all areas of Wexham Park Hospital and has identified several areas that are in need of urgent repair in order to maintain the integrity of the barriers. The purpose of this tender is to appoint an experienced, qualified and accredited re-instatement contractor to carry out the repair works. PLEASE NOTE: Qualifying Criteria for Bidders To qualify to bid for this work,the Trust requires that contractors meet the minimum requirements listed below: • Membership of Constructionline • Public Indemnity Insurance of £10M • Key site staff to be CSCS card holders Please also bear in mind that, if you are successful ,we will need your full company and bank details on an official company headed paper. We will also require a minimum of two references before any contract is awarded.
