Tender description

This contract serves to ensure the Council is able to recover unpaid fines. in line with the Statutory Process for Parking and Traffic enforcement. The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a framework of up to four (4) experienced providers to deliver Enforcement Agent services throughout the borough and across the UK. In addition the Primary Enforcement Agent will provide a pre- debt tracing service to assist in maximising debt recovery. The duration of the framework will be a maximum of four (4) years.
