Tender description

TRAC is an innovative project which has been developed to provide bespoke engagement and learning programmes for young people at risk of becoming NEET. Additional pastoral and specialist support will also be provided for those identified by the regional early identification tool which has been developed and implemented as part of the youth engagement and progression framework. The young people identified are those who are being lost through exclusions and attendance and other criteria identified in the early identification tool and are more likely to become NEET. These young people need help to increase in confidence, motivation, and self-esteem. This programme of activities and engagement will enable young people to develop their own particular learning pathway, and in doing so achieve accreditation. This success will give them ambition to succeed, achieve their full learning potential and remain in education, training or employment.
