Business Services Organisation, Procurement and Logistics Service ( PaLS) on behalf of a number of HSC organisations intend to carry out a tendering exercise for Surgical Dressings. The scope of this exercise currently includes Absorbent Dressing Pads (surgical), Absorbent Perforated Dressings, Absorbent Wadding, Adhesive Tapes, Anti-Embolism Stockings, Burns Dressings, Casting Products, Cellulose Wadding, Compression Bandaging and Components, Conforming Bandages, Cotton Balls, Cotton Tipped Applicators, Drapes Eye Pads, Felt Gauze and Cellulose Wadding, Haemostatic Dressings, Inelastic Adhesive Bandages, Insertion Site Dressing (Antimicrobial), IV Fixation Devices, Low Adherent Absorbent Dressings Maternity/ Sanitary Pads, Neurological Patties, Post operative dressings, Skin Protectants, Slings, Stockinettes, Stretch Bandages, Swabs Tissue adhesives Tracheostomy Dressings, Triangular Bandages, Tubular Bandages, Vapour permeable film dressings, Wound Closure Strips, Zinc Oxide / Paste Bandages. It is likely the tender will be split into a number of lots broadly based on product categories.
