Tender description

The Contracting Authority has established a single-party framework agreement for integrated design team services for the development of its campus. The framework agreement has been established with a single economic operator comprising the following disciplines: (a) Project Management Services, (b) Architectural Services (c) Civil and Structural Engineering Services, (d) Quantity Surveying Services, (e) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services and (f) Project Supervisor for the Design Process. The Integrated Design Team is responsible for providing all construction-related technical advice and design services for the initial contract and under the framework agreement. The maximum estimated value of services over the lifetime of the framework is anticipated to be in the region of 4 000 000 EUR (ex. VAT). Initial Contract: The framework agreement has been established on foot of an initial contract for the preliminary design and planning application for 5 buildings on the campus of IT Tallaght. The 5 buildings will have an approximate floor area of 7 400 sqm, consisting of; Block A: approx 2 400 sqm and Blocks B-E: 1 250sqm each.
