NPT Homes are seeking to issue a Contract for a Material Supply and Delivery Service Provision for a period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year. NPT Homes is keen to consider proposals from Tenderers who can offer the service from existing or newly developed premises, provided that an equally dedicated responsive service will be provided. NPT Homes wish to maximise direct delivery of material to tenants homes in advance of the trades arriving to undertake the work and will be looking to the successful Supplier to work with NPT Homes and its tenant's to maximise direct deliveries over counter collected orders.
