Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council is looking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake a refurbishment and extension of Crookfur Primary School. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering a high-quality facility on budget which must be completed for the academic year from August 2017. The Extension / Refurbishment will provide the following: Refurbishment of the existing Crookfur Primary including internal and external works Upgrading and expanding the existing games areas and dining area. Erection of a nursery and offices.
