Tender description

King's College London require each Tenderer to be able to fully comply to the Horizon 2020 Grant Agreement Annex 5 Terms of Reference for an Independent Report of Factual Findings on costs declared under a Grant Agreement financed under the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Framework Programme and FP7 Grant Agreement Annex VII — Form D –Terms of Reference for the Certificate of Financial statements (Appendix A) and other associated programmes (e.g. IMI, Marie Curie). We require responses to several key questions (Questions 1 - 12) from each Tenderer .The responses will enable us to equate whether the Tenderer will meet our award criteria for the supply of Audit Services for European Commission Grants and Contracts. We will short-list the top scoring responses and ask them to attend a clarification/presentation meeting. The purpose of these meetings will be to clarify any areas of their bids which need clarification and to validate our assessment of the supplier's understanding of the differences between FP7 and Horizon 2020 and general audit work. In light of these meetings we may modify our scores given to the written bids.
