David MacBrayne HR (UK) Limited a subsidiary of David MacBrayne Limited is seeking to establish a framework agreement with suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the supply of temporary Seafarers. It is envisaged this framework agreement will have 3 Service providers and the framework shall be ranked. This Tender is being conducted by David MacBrayne HR (UK) Limited and is open for use by both David MacBrayne HR (UK) Limited and Marine Scotland. The primary purpose of the framework agreement is to provide a supply of temporary Seafarers in order to provide temporary cover on our fleet of vessels. The main aims of the agreement are to enable access to consistently good/high quality, safe, temporary staff at the best possible percentage fee with robust terms and conditions of contract in place. It is a mandatory requirement that any organisation submitting a tender has been audited for compliance with paragraph 5 of Standard A1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006. It is a mandatory requirement of this tender that all Seagoing Staff operating out with A to D waters as listed in MSN 1837 are paid from an offshore location (CalMac Vessels Only).
