NHS England South (South West) (the Commissioner) is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to establish and run a School Based Immunisation Service for Cornwall. NHS England South (South West) is looking for a single provider to deliver a high quality service across Cornwall as described in the specification. The procurement for this project will follow the Open Procedure. The aim of providing School Based Immunisation Services for Cornwall is to improve uptake and prevent avoidable ill-health from vaccine preventable diseases and the successful provider will need to commence this service as closely as possible to the start of the academic school year (September 2016). The contract will commence on 1st August 2016 and has an annual value of £250,000. The contract duration is 3 years with the possibility of two periods of 1 year extensions.
