Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Procurement For All, a central purchasing body is seeking expressions of interest from suitably interested and qualified Service Providers (and included Sub-Service providers) who can undertake heating servicing, maintenance, installation and associated services within, but not limited to, the following areas: — Gas (including Flue and ventilation), — Electric, — Solid fuel, — Oil and LPG, — Alarms (CO and Fire), — Heating combined services encompassing all the above areas. Please note all heating areas will require their relevant energy performance certificates provided by the Service Provider and all products used, methods of work and labour used to be fully accredited for the area of work in accordance to the requirements for the work in England and Wales for e.g. but not limited to and Gas Safe registered installers for Gas heating work. Note: Tenderers submitting a bid for Lot 2 may not eligible for award for Lots 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 subject to a conflict of interest arising. The tender is for a position on a framework. It is envisaged that contracts will be let to Service Providers within the framework for the provision of Supply and Fit services and the like to domestic, commercial and communal properties and covering a multiple of public sector category buildings such as the housing sector (Housing Associations, etc.). Procurement For All is a growing consortium of Registered Providers (but not limited to) with housing stock distributed across England and Wales. Each member or groups of members may subsequently tender through a mini competition between the framework providers (to those Service Providers capable of carrying out the works in geographical areas as per the member's requirement).
