Provision of Sunderland Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Harm Reduction Service

Tender description

Sunderland City Council is inviting tenders from providers to deliver the Sunderland Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Harm Reduction Service. The Service will be recovery focused, and the provider will work in partnership with the Council to create and develop a service that manages Service Users' care at all times in their treatment journey and supplies evidence based interventions on a needs led basis. The Council are looking for experienced providers who are able to deliver high quality services that help people overcome substance misuse and reduce substance misuse related harms in Sunderland. The Sunderland Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Harm Reduction Service are divided into three board areas of activity: * A recovery focused model of structured treatment based on a Behaviour Change Model * Specialist Harm Reduction * Specialist Liaison Functions
