Tender description

the condition of Liverpool’s highway network has deteriorated significantly and this has created a backlog of approximately 14,000 potholes. The Pothole Repair Programme involves dividing the City into three geographic areas (North, East/Central and South) and each of these areas will be the subject of a separate Tender Lot. The successful Contractor will be expected to undertake permanent repairs to all potholes in the geographic area. For the purposes of the Tender it should be assumed that there are between 4,000 and 5,000 potholes in each geographic area; however, the most effective solution may be to repair several potholes as part of a larger patch repair. The period allocated to undertake this work is three months from the date of Tender award Keywords: Pothole repairs, Highway repairs, Road works
