PAN1242 - Education Visits Co-ordination and Advice Service

The successful Supplier will provide the necessary advice and support via telephone, email, EVOLVE or site meetings, on all aspects of the educational visits process. This advice will be delivered to educational visits co-ordinators (EVCs), other relevant establishment staff or specific Authority officers as required. The Supplier will provide regular (at least termly) updates on the educational visits process to the educational visits co-ordinator, other relevant establishment staff or specific Authority officers as required. The Supplier will demonstrate an effective partnership approach with Leicester City Schools and establishments to establish good working relationships with the Authority and agencies to ensure service delivery and developing best practice. The key performance indicators for the service provision are as follows: ? Management of the EVOLVE database system ? Monitoring of visits ? Training provision ? The Authority has an annual budget of £22,000 to deliver this service but envisages that potential Suppliers will provide a competitive quotation to show willingness to support the Authority in delivering economically advantageous service provision with social value.
