The Authority is seeking to appoint an experienced external consultant that would be able to identifying all land interests in the affected area for the formal documentation and serving relevant notices on affected parties through the statutory process. A full land referencing service is required to support the Compulsory Purchase Order which will be made by the Local Authority.
