NEP SUPPORT PARTNER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Tender description

The NEP Shared System Group currently provide Oracle E-Business Version 12.1.3 Financials and Procurement Solutions to the NHS NEP Consortium through its main system contract which runs until March 2018. The current requirement is for provision of the required Lots against the Oracle Solution with the added requirement that any successful provider will also have the capacity and capability to also provide and perform its services against any future system that may be selected following the re-tendering of the main system contract. Further details of the Contracting Authority’s requirements under the contract and other relevant information are detailed below: An outline of NEP future requirements comprises the following LOT’s, which will be described in more detail below: Lot 1 – Consultancy Services (including Audit Support & Business Dev.) Lot 2 – Training Services Lot 3 – Technical Implementation & Operational Support Lot 4 – Project and Programme Management Lot 5 – Business Process and Solution Optimisation Lot 6 – Reporting Development Lot 7 – Specialist Professional Services (incl. Audit & Quality Assurance) • Bidders may submit proposals for all LOTs, multiple LOTs in whatever combination desired or single LOT submission.
