Tender description

This invitation to tender has been developed to detail the needs of three universities working in unique partnership for their new Unified Library Management System. The University of Greenwich, The University of Kent, Canterbury Christ Church University work collaboratively through the Universities at Medway partnership, and now seek to share the procurement, implementation and shared use of a new library system. The three partners have already worked together for over 10 years to deliver a hugely successful shared library service to their students at their Medway campus, and wish to develop this relationship further to unify more services and create a flexible framework for further integration. The partners serve over 50 000 students and invest over 10 000 000 pounds each year into delivering and developing their library services, delivered across their network of eight libraries.
