Tender description

NHS West Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (the Commissioner) intends to integrate the local provision of respiratory care services following adoption of a Most Capable Provider approach with its current provider base. The integrated service model will ensure the best outcomes for all West Norfolk respiratory patients. The Integrated Respiratory Care Service will provide coordinated care, closer to the patient's own home, ensuring that clearly defined holistic care plans are developed, agreed and understood by the patient which guides treatment towards the patient's own goals. No expressions of interest are sought from the publication of this advisory notice. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise the marketplace of Commissioners' intention to undertake a service acquisition via the Most Capable Provider (MCP) Process under the Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition Regulations (2) 2013 (PPCC Regs). There will be no publication of a Contract Notice for this requirement.
