Tender description

Background The Southport Air Show is in its 25th year in 2016 and attracts in the region of 65,000 customers over the two days. This year we are organising a Friday night event and anticipate crowds of around 8,000. The British Musical Fireworks Championship is in its 18th year in 2016 and attracts in the region of 8-10,000 customers each night. There is a main block of toilets on site so the chemical toilets we hire in are in addition to these. Consumables/cleaning is only required for the chemical toilets. Sefton Council is seeking to hire Portable Toilet facilities for the events : i) Southport Air Show (9th,10th & 11th September in 2016) and ii) The British Musical Fireworks Championships (30th Sept, 1st & 2nd October in 2016) Keywords: event, hire, toilet
