Please find materials from the day under the "Public Attachments" section. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) is seeking to re-commission its Healthwatch service with a new contract to be in place by 1 April 2017. As part of this process, a soft market testing event will be held as follows: Friday, May 20th 2016 9am - 12pm Kingston Quaker Centre (Meeting Room) The purpose of this soft market testing event will be to gather intelligence on need and potential models of delivery to ensure a high-quality, outcomes-driven and value for money service. More detail will be published closer to the event. Social Value is the added benefit to the community following a commissioning process over and above the direct purchasing of goods, services and outcomes. It shall be a requirement for organisations to work with the Council in delivering and measuring Social Value throughout the lifetime of this agreement.
