Tender description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. To deliver the Sunderland Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Harm Reduction Service. The Service will be recovery focused, and the provider will work in partnership with the Council to create and develop a Service that manages Service Users' care at all times in their treatment journey and supplies evidence based interventions on a needs led basis. The Sunderland Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Harm Reduction Service is divided into 3 broad areas of activity: (I) A recovery focused model of structured treatment based on a Behaviour Change Model; (ii) Specialist Harm Reduction; and (iii) Specialist Liaison Functions.
