Tender description

Portsmouth City Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced provider organisations to submit a proposal for the provision of Substance Misuse Community services. The service consists of 3 elements as follows: 1. Community support covering medical and psychosocial interventions; 2. Supported Housing covering the supported housing pathway; 3. Advice and Support Centre focusing on homeless individuals suffering from substance abuse. The contract will commence on 1.11.2016 and will be let for a 3 year period with the option of an extension of up to 2 further years. Closing date for tender submissions will be midday Monday, 23.5.2016.
