Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd Cyfyngedig (CCG) is a registered provider of social housing which came into being in April 2010 following transfer of Gwynedd Council's housing stock of 6 258 properties located throughout the whole of Gwynedd. CCG has been established to provide a dedicated focus for the provision of housing services within the County. CCG intends to transform the existing accommodation and services, by investment in the properties and enhancement of current services, ensuring a strong customer focus. As an organisation, CCG's main purpose is to provide affordable, high quality homes and services in ways that protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities that it serves. Our vision is to be a leading provider of quality housing in meeting the needs of the customers, valuing communities. CCG is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced insurance service provider for the provision of Insurance and Related services as specified. Services should also include arrangements for handling claims and advising on aspects of policy cover as required.
