INVITATION TO TENDER You are invited to submit a tender for an Extension to the Helena Thompson Museum, Workington, Cumbria. A tender pack including the following documents is enclosed: 1. Instructions to Tenderer (including method statements to be returned with bid) 2. Invitation to Tender specification 3. Health and Safety Plan 4. Site Plan 5. Conditions - Services Please also supply details of a minimum of 3 references which include examples of similar work undertaken in the last 10 years and return with bid. The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the JCT Design & Build contract 2011, the defects liability shall be 12 months for the Works. The works also need to be carried out in accordance with The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10,000,000, Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of £1 million and Employers Liability Certificates to be supplied with the tender. The tender is to be returned via The Chest; Tenders are to be received no later than 12 noon on 12th May 2016.
