Environment Agency - Environment Risk Assessment Services (ERAS) Framework

Tender description

The Environment Agency is seeking to establish a Framework with up to three contractors (depending upon the quality of bids) to call off of when required. These contractors must be able to provide technical reports, reviews, comments and give advice on chemical assessments, methodologies and other related issues. This is order to allow the Agency to provide timely expert responses to national and international commitments which include Member State activities under the REACH, CLP Regulations and other related initiatives such as the OECD test guidelines programme, OSPAR, POPs Regulation and Water Framework Directive. Suppliers should have already, or are currently contributing to any of the internationally recognised guidance/guideline document that covers industrial chemicals published by (for example) ECHA, ECETOC, CEFIC, ILS-HESI or OECD.
