Tender description

Notting Hill Housing (NHH) is seeking suppliers to enter into Energy Service Company (ESCo) services concession contracts for the provision of communal/district heating services at various development sites across the Greater London area. This PIN has been issued in order to advertise the opportunities to the market and seek expressions of interest from suppliers that may wish to take part in the associated tender(s). Notwithstanding any statement on this notice to the contrary, NHH considers the contracts contemplated within this PIN to be services concession contracts. This PIN is being advertised on a voluntary basis. NHH will not be required to follow the specific tender procedures of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 and therefore will not be procuring these contracts in-line with those procedures.
